Some Unity Knowledge required.

*Poiyomi Shaders used in example and Unity Package. (Poi 7.3)

For transparency on Quest try the VRC Mobile Particle Shaders.

*Parent Constraint (PC only) requires bone reference and activation! Some set up required. If you'd rather skip this step, use the Quest Prefab and animations and edit materials to your liking.

-- animations included with package require their own layers and have the 'minute' play at 1/12th the speed of 'hour' to achieve the animation seen here. (Hour is 1.44 Speed while Minute runs at 0.12.)

I added two layers to my FX controller to achieve this look. (Plus, an additional two for the quest versions.) An Example Animator is included with the Unity Package as well as prefabs for both PC and Quest but feel free to animate and personalize to your heart's content!

Please do not redistribute as your own work!

Don't forget to set up the parent constraint or use Quest Prefab and corresponding animations instead. PC drops directly onto model while Quest Prefab is to be placed on right elbow bone.

^Poiyomi 7.3 was used for a material (shader not included but can be found free!)

Try unlocking and locking the shader again if there are any problems with the material after installation.
